AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008
WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed budget for FY 2007-2008 has been on file in
the Office of the Deputy City Clerk for public review; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a duly noticed public hearing to consider
the proposed budget on June 13, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Irwindale hereby ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the proposed budget for FY2007-2008, incorporated herein by
reference, and as modified by the City Council, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Deputy City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted in accordance with law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June 2007.
