WEIGHT ROOM: Director Barbosa informed Commissioner Chico
that the weight room doors sometimes are open because the air
conditioning is not working properly.
BALCONY ACCESS: Commissioner Chico expressed concern that
children are climbing the balcony stairs and suggested securing this area
(perhaps with a mesh wire) to prevent persons from access to the
balcony area. Director Barbosa acknowledged Commissioner Chico's
concern and indicated that this matter will be reviewed further.
DAMAGED MAT: Director Barbosa advised Commissioner Chico
that the damaged mat has been temporarily relocated and is not in the

FRAIJO INAPPROPIATE BEHAVIOR: Commissioner Fraijo asked for
additional park patrol during week day lunch hour periods for the

Several persons have brought to Commissioner Fraijo's attention, (and

themselves in an inappropriate manner bordering indecent exposure.
Commissioner Fraijo expressed concern especially because children are
usually playing in the playground area. Director Barbosa will notify the
Chief of Police.

concern and disappointment in the present maintenance of the ball field
