IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 2.04.010 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO START TIME OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2.04.010 of the Irwindale Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows. Changes are indicated in underlined, bold italics;
2.04010Council meetings. There shall be two regular meetings of the City
Council and all of its agencies during each calendar month and such meetings shall be held
on the second and fourth Wednesdays thereof, at the hour of six thirty p.m.; provided,
however, that if the date of any such regular meeting falls on a holiday, said regular meeting
may not be held that holiday, but may be canceled or re -scheduled, as deemed necessary.
Any regular meeting may be adjourned from time to time, and special meetings may be
called in the manner provided by law.
SECTION 2. The Chief Deputy City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted according to law.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 28th day of October 2020.
